For working as a staff member in our school the requirements are :

Recognised degree / diploma in education in a school subject from a reputed University
Adequate Experience in the related field preferably in an CBSE School
Specialisation in the subject
Fluency in English
Computer Skills
Preference will be given to candidates with strong extra-curricular background in elocution/ debate/ dramatics/creative writing/music/sports/yoga etc
